Prices 

Prices are available upon request and subject to change due to fluctuating metal market prices.

Please contact me by email or phone to confirm availability and custom design options. A custom order requires a deposit of 1/2 of the total price of your order. The remainder is due upon completion. All custom order sales are final and returns are not possible. Deposits on all custom orders are also non-refundable. All sales and custom orders delivered within California are subject to appropriate sales tax and will be charged accordingly.

Shipping

Unless otherwise requested, all merchandise will be sent by U.S. Mail, either registered or insured depending upon the full value. A shipping and handling charge of $35.00 will be added to all sales. This charge may vary depending upon values and delivery options.

Returns

Returns are available only if merchandise is returned unused, undamaged, and unaltered in any way. You must first contact me by email or phone before shipping any jewelry back for credit, exchange, or a refund. All returns must be shipped to Larry River within 5 days of receipt of delivery. No credit, under any condition, will be given on any item returned after this time, or if an item is not returned in the original condition. Any jewelry being returned must be insured for its full purchase price. A re-stocking fee of 5% will be charged on all returns. A credit to the credit card used to purchase the item will be issued within 1 week after the item is received in perfect condition by Larry River.

Payment 

Custom orders require a deposit of 1/2 of the total price. The remainder is due upon completion.

Purchases, deposits, and final payments may be made using Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards. Personal checks are also accepted, but items will not be shipped until the check clears and the funds are guaranteed.

Layaways are welcomed and available by request. Terms are arranged on an individual basis.

Pendants

The price for pendants does not include chains. Chains are available from Larry River Jewelry in any style, weight, length, and karat gold.

Rings

Most rings can be sized up or down by several sizes. The first sizing is free. Any subsequent sizing(s) will be performed at the customer’s expense.

Bracelets

Link and Cuff Bracelets can usually be sized depending upon the design.
